Producer

Contracted · Up to £45K · London

You're a producer.

And a nice person.

You take your work seriously.

But you don’t take yourself seriously.

You have experience producing fun stuff for socials as well as short-form branded content.

And you're just as happy doing either.

Making great work, and enjoying the process along the way, is important to you.

And you'd like to do it at a B Corp that cares about people and the planet.

If this sounds like you, we want to meet you! 👋

ABOUT YOU.

Professionally:

  • You already have a few years of experience working as a producer in a production company.

  • Experience at a creative or social agency is beneficial but not essential.

  • You’ve already worked on a range of production outputs: campaigns for socials, documentaries, advertising, and short-form branded content.

  • And you're looking to do more of this - only better this time ✨

  • You have a top notch understanding of the creative development, production and post production process.

  • You’re already a dab hand at budgeting, scoping, project managing and guiding creative content from briefing through to delivery - and you have multiple examples to prove this.

  • You have experience in managing multiple projects, budgets and complex timelines.

  • You have experience working with clients directly, handling all aspects of internal and external communication, and drilling down into creative briefs in order to produce content that exceeds their expectations.

Personally:

  • You have a genuine interest in storytelling, content and the intersection between brands and entertainment.

  • You’re a proactive, independent thinker who can roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.

  • You're patient, kind and confident.

  • But you're also humble (we have a no big egos policy - we win or lose together.)

  • You know when to ask for help.

  • You’re a team player - the JustSo cogs turn best when we’re collaborating and working as a team, and it’s important you’re happy to work closely with our creatives, strategists, producers & editors to help shape the best work possible.

  • You want to join a team of passionate people who care about their work and genuinely enjoy working together.

We think of ourselves as storytellers for a changing world, helping partners unlock new audiences through brand storytelling, content and entertainment.

ABOUT THE JOB.

Broadly, you will:

  • Own multiple projects and manage budgets and timelines to ensure that all content is delivered to a high standard.

  • Be the nuts and bolts of the Studio, working closely with the Production and Creative teams to budget, scope, project manage and guide creative content from briefing through to delivery.

Day to day, you will:

  • Take the lead on all aspects of production and line producing from start to finish; including planning and running shoots, and managing internal and external resource.

  • Source, reach out to and work with crew and talent.

  • Be the go-to person on feasibility, making sure experts have been consulted to ensure we can make what we are proposing.

  • Be a calm, positive, and enthusiastic presence for the project team, maintaining and boosting morale where needed - you are the last person in the room to panic if things go wrong!

  • Regularly check in with our strategy and creative team, and ensure the creative idea is being protected along the way.

  • Run weekly status meetings for clients and our internal team.

  • Act as the main client point of contact to ensure we are delivering the very best work for our partners.

What you’ll get from us:

  • A warm, friendly culture & a supportive team.

  • The opportunity to work on big brands and exciting projects.

  • The opportunity to travel for shoots.

  • A learning & development plan tailored to you and your interests.

  • Potential for a contract extension or a perm role, alongside growth within the company.

  • A load of company benefits which are listed out at the bottom of this page.

  • Lots of fun along the way!
